Bridgetown-Greenbushes Library : located in the shire of Bridgetown-Greenbushes, the heart and soul of the South West


Carnamah Historical Society & Museum : formed in 1983 to collect, record, preserve and promote local history.


Country Women’s Association of WA : formed in 1924 to improve the well-being of all people, especially those in country areas by promoting courtesy, cooperation, community effort, ethical standards and the wise use of resources.


Dardanup Heritage Collective : formed in 2020 to collect, document and preserve the heritage of the Dardanup area and its people.


Eastern Goldfields Historical Society Inc : formed in 1946 to record, preserve, research and promote the history of this region with one goal – ensuring that our shared heritage and ghost town memories live on.

Harvey History Online : dedicated to the Oral Histories of Residents of the Harvey District.

Jewish Historical & Genealogical Society of WA : preserving the history of the Jewish community in Western Australia


Ludlow Tuart Forest Restoration Group : To provide community support for the essential restoration, protection and ongoing maintenance of the iconic Ludlow Tuart Forest and the historic Ludlow settlement for the benefit of future generations, biodiversity, tourism, education and research.


Old Country WA : Rex Lodge leads this group who have an interest in early country towns in WA, including buildings, farms houses and sheds, farm machinery and equipment up to 1970. It also covers the history of early farming families who settled pre 1940s.


Outback Family History : local and family history on the Western Australian Goldfields


Outback Grave Markers : Started in 2014, and dedicated to the preservation of outback history, the Outback Grave Markers team has researched and marked more than 2000 graves across Western Australia.


Rail Heritage WA: Was the first rail preservation group formed in WA. Their members and volunteers have been working to preserve and present WA’s railway heritage since 1959.


Waroona Historical Society Inc. : preserving the historical memorabilia of the Waroona (Drakesbrook region from the date of settlement to the present day.


Western Australian Military Digital Library : WAMDL showcases the personal military papers, treasured keepsakes and family stories that have a connection to Western Australia.


Western Australian Pioneers and Settlers :
WAPAS is an outstanding example of the use of social media in the promotion of family history research led by its very dedicated administrator, Debbie Miles.


Western Australia Police Historical Society Inc : the society was formed to research and preserve the history of policing in Western Australia since the first constables commenced duty in 1829.
